HI! I'm Mekaela, the Owner and Founder of The Wax Studio. When I created The Wax Studio my number one goal was to create an amazing and comfortable environment for our guests and our staff. Waxing can be scary and intimidating for so many when it doesn't have to be! We have created a very welcoming, friendly and body positive atmosphere! We are here for you in every step of the way when it comes to your waxing journey and we truly want the best for every single person who chooses to get waxed by us. You become apart of The Wax Studio family the moment you walk through our doors!

I have been waxing for 10 years! I worked for a full body waxing salon for 5 years prior to opening The Wax Studio! I was born and raised in Junction City. Which is a small town right outside of Eugene, OR! I am a small town girl at heart! I love building community! When I am not waxing and running The Wax Studio, I am usually spending time with my family and my amazing daughter who is still under a year old!

My absolute favorite part of opening The Wax Studio was to create such a fun and healthy work environment for out employees! Seeing our team come together has been such a treat and we are so lucky with the best group of girls!
