Founder of The Wax Studio

Hi, I’m Mekaela—founder of The Wax Studio, full-body waxer, and someone who’s been obsessed with all things hair removal for the past 11 years. ✨

I started TWS with a vision to create a space that’s not just about smooth skin, but also about real confidence, real results, and a whole lot of heart. Hair removal can be an intimate (and sometimes taboo) topic, and I’m passionate about making every client feel safe, seen, and celebrated in their own skin.

I’m also incredibly committed to building a positive, family-feel work environment for my team—one that breaks the typical beauty industry stereotypes and gives every employee a place to grow, feel supported, and love coming to work.

Outside the treatment room, I’m a wife, a mama, and a giver by nature. I’m chocolate milk obsessed, happiest at the coast, and probably running on iced coffee, dry shampoo and good vibes. 💛
