To ensure your treatment is safe and effective, the area being treated must be freshly shaved.
Shave the area 12–24 hours before your appointment
Do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams beforehand
Following these steps helps us deliver the best results—and avoids the need to reschedule.
Policy Info
We get it—life happens! If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to someone else.
Here’s what to expect if you cancel late or miss your appointment:
Late cancel (within 24 hours): 50% of the single-session price
No-show: 100% of the single-session price
Consultation no-show or late cancel: $20 fee
These fees are separate from any prepaid package and do not count as a used session.
