
The Wax Studio Policies
We’re so glad you’re here! To give every guest the best possible experience, please take a moment to review our studio policies below. These help us stay on time, protect our team, and keep everything running smoothly.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the services booked.
This fee is charged to the card on file.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment entirely with no call or notice, you will be charged 100% of the services booked to the card on file.
No-shows greatly affect our ability to serve other guests and are taken seriously.
Late Arrival Policy
We allow a 5-minute grace period for your appointment.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to take you, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
In this case, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.
We will always do our best to still accommodate you as long as it doesn’t impact other guests scheduled after you.
If we can fit you in later the same day, we are happy to waive the fee and rebook you.
Please call us at 503-607-8898 if you’re running late — we’ll let you know how much of a delay we can accommodate and what your options are.
Client Forms Policy
All clients must have a completed intake and consent form on file before their service can begin.
If you booked online, you’ll receive the form link in your confirmation and reminder messages.
If you booked over the phone, you will receive a text with the link to fill out the form at your convenience.
Important: If the form is not filled out, the service cannot begin. This is for liability and safety reasons, and applies to all guests.

Waitlist Option
Trying to book on a fully booked day?
You can add yourself to our waitlist when booking online. If a spot opens up, our Guest Coordinators will reach out to offer you the available time.
Same-Day Appointments
Same-day bookings are not available online, but we’re always happy to help if we have the room!
For any same-day bookings, please call us directly at 503-607-8898 to check availability and get scheduled.
We do accept walk-ins when we can, but calling ahead is the best way to snag a spot!
